AMEA Bylaws

The bylaws of the Alpine Meadows Estates Association were originally adopted and last amended in August 1996, with a subsequent amendment in September 2023 regarding board term limits.

Key Provisions

Purpose (Preamble): To promote and enhance the value, desirability, and attractiveness of the Alpine Meadows Estates area.

Membership (Article III): Open to legal title holders of lots in Alpine Meadows Estates, Units 1–10. Renters qualify after 3 months. One vote per member regardless of lots owned.

Meetings (Article IV): Annual meeting on Labor Day Weekend. 20 members = quorum. Members may vote by proxy.

Board (Article V): 12 directors, 7 = quorum. Four elected annually for 3-year terms.

Officers (Article VII): President, VP, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Chairperson. Appointed annually.
